CEX update – health, well and wellbeing support

I know we’re all busy juggling lots of different demands. This week I want to highlight the Employee Assistance Programme. With the programme, comes a free 24/7 confidential helpline and the Help@Hand app. Here, you have access to a range of support from remote GP appointments when you need fast access to a doctor to free physio sessions, financial and legal advice and additional resources including podcasts and webinars. More details including how to register for the app are available on MyCouncilworks

What do you think?
This week we issued a survey, asking for your honest feedback on what you like about working for the council and what you think could be better. As we continue to transform the way we work, as part of Connect for Success, we want to hear from you to help shape priorities and address any gaps where we need to take action. Please take a few moment to complete the short survey.

Argyll and Bute photos
Thank you to everyone who continues to send in photos when you’re out and about across Argyll and Bute. It’s a constant reminder of how lucky we are to have such stunning landscapes on our doorstep. This week, thanks to Chris Carr for sharing stunning images of the northern lights at Kilmartin. You can view them on MyCouncilWorks.

If you’re sharing your own photos, can we ask that you add #abplace2b to help promote the area as a great place to work and visit. You can share your photos and get in contact with me by emailing  workingtogether@argyll-bute.gov.uk

Enjoy the bank holiday weekend.
