Hello, we are here to help you:
- promote the work that you do to people who need to know about it
- get the credit you deserve by publicising successes and progress
- promote information and get answers to questions employees may have about council initiatives
- advise on how to communicate projects and initiatives
- manage the design and print process if you need printed material produced
- engage with residents and employees
We do this for example by:
- Cascade: produced every four weeks for all employees, issued via a newsflash, Hub and managers
- Newsflash: issuing emails to all staff
- Working with you on responding to media enquiries
- Publicising information through press releases, corporate social media sites and other channels
