TIL 4 is an ICT industry standard designed in large parts as a framework for service management, providing an operating model for ICT professionals to deliver technology enabled products and services and their ongoing support. It is utilised within the ICT department to deliver a consistent level of support for our customers and is a key recognised qualification across the ICT industry.
