Congratulations to the Teams delivering Planning and Regulatory Services who have been accredited with the Customer Excellence Standard for the 2nd year in a row. This year the independent assessor said: “the recommendation for re-accreditation to the CSE standard is thoroughly deserved, with an additional three areas of compliance plus added to the existing four.” They now meet the standard across all 57 of the scoring criteria.
