If you can’t find the information you need through our online resources or in the LEON training modules, you can contact a Digital Champion.
Please remember that the Champions all volunteer their time. Although they are not an IT helpdesk, they can point you in the right direction and share tips that can help save you time and make you more efficient in your working day.

Meet your Digital Champions
If you are unable to find the information you need about using Microsoft 365, then you should contact your Digital Champion.
The Digital Champions for each service are available on the Hub, which is only accessible when you are logged on to a council network.
If you don’t have access to a computer on the council network, and you need to contact one of our Digital Champions, please contact your line manager, who can help you to contact the right person for help.
