Argyll and Bute Council is a Digital First organisation and our overall approach is set out in the ICT and Digital Strategy. As part of the ICT and Digital Strategy 2021-24, there is a People Theme which sets out to enhance the Digital Skills of the Workforce. In order to achieve this, our Digital Learning Framework sets out the key actions which we will take to make sure our workforce is digitally enabled, flexible and efficient. 

Our employees not only need digital skills to enable them to fulfil their role, enhanced digital skills can help people in their personal life to access more services and make transactions such as communicating with others easier and safer.
