We have incorporated this approach in the Hybrid and Flexible Working Policy and Procedure, which can be found on this page. The policy and procedure identify a fresh approach to work that reflects job roles and ways of working.
While we must balance requests with the need to ensure that the quality of the important services we deliver is not compromised, each request will be given careful consideration with a view to achieving a positive outcome wherever possible.
If you would like to request a change to your current working arrangements, please complete the online Flexible Working Request form below. This will be forwarded to your line manager to consider your request.
Please ensure you allow a reasonable amount of time for your manager to consider all options within your request. Also consider that if you are looking to work less hours, your salary and holiday allowance may also be reduced accordingly.
