Argyll and Bute Council relies on our thousands of employees to deliver the support our communities need. We will meet challenges and achieve success by working together. This sets out working practices for us all to follow and develop together, and so help us all work together successfully.
The Council will:
- Provide contact details for asking questions, or raising issues, in its corporate communication
- Produce information in Plain English
- Develop different routes for finding information about the council
- Develop our employee communication practices based on employee feedback
Employees are invited to:
- Ask questions when you need more information
- Raise issues you believe should be addressed
- Read / listen to information available
- Tell us if you have suggestions or ideas for improvements
- Provide opportunities for employees to give feedback
- Tell us what you think
