Eliminating Workplace Bullying and Harassment (Dignity at Work) Policy and Procedure

The Council has a zero tolerance approach to Bullying.  The Dignity at Work policy and procedure describes how Argyll and Bute Council will deal with any incidents of bullying and harassment, the processes that will be followed and the sources of support available.

Raising Concerns:

If you feel you are being bullied or harassed then there are a number of ways you can raise your concerns.

Through a line manager or senior management

This can be done immediately and informally. Employees can speak to their line manager or a senior manager or email them with their concerns so that these can be discussed and a resolution found.

Through a trade union representative

Assistance can also be sought from trade unions representatives.

Through the HROD Helpdesk

To contact HR via our new Helpdesk, please submit a ticket using the HROD Enquiry Form via the button below.

You can send an enquiry via the form as an Employee, or Manager of Employee. Please select Employee Relations Advice, or Manager Advice, then Grievance Query in the form.
