Let’s move to HROnline
Great news! HROnline, our new HR and Payroll system will launch on 26 July.
HROnline replaces MyView, allowing you to view your payslip, make and authorise expense and overtime claims, and complete other HR processes all in one place.
MyView is now no longer available for making or authorising claims. You can still use it to download your old payslips and P60s before it expires in September.
What happens next?
Look out for an email next week with your HROnline login details. This will give you everything you need to access the new system.
In summary:
- Once you get your log in details, you can make overtime and expense claims in HROnline
- Line managers – you can now set up any redirections required should you be on leave
- Line managers – we want to make the process as smooth as possible. To do this we will monitor claims as they come in. Please hold off authorising claims until we let you know it’s ok to do so. We’ll email you on or around 2 August to meet the August pay deadline.
