Introducing Microsoft Forms

Microsoft Forms logo

Did you know that Microsoft365 includes a handy app for building surveys?

You can use Forms for different types of data gathering from basic surveys, checklists, quick polls and quizzes.

If you’re in Teams meetings, use Forms to capture and display responses in real time. Review feedback onscreen, display in charts or export to an Excel spreadsheet.

Before using Forms, please read the guidance which includes information about data protection and the use of personal information.

You can access Forms on the MS365 dashboard.

If you have any questions, please contact the IT service desk  01546604060
