Make MS365 work for you – Meet your Digital Champions

Microsoft 365

Do you want to reduce the number of emails you receive? Are you sick of searching in multiple locations for missing documents? Is your to do list out of control?

If this sounds familiar, Microsoft 365 (MS365) can help with a range of tools and handy tips to make every day working easier.

MS365 includes a suite of apps designed to create collaborative spaces to share and edit documents in real time with colleagues. It can organise your tasks in an easy to use planner and help reduce the need to email by creating dedicated communication channels. These are just some of the features that can help us all work more efficiently.

Help and support

I’m pleased to launch our Digital Champions today. You’ll find colleagues from your own service, volunteering to help answer any questions you may have about MS365. You can find out more about our Digital Champions below.

Before you contact the Champions, you can also find lots of information including tutorials and top tips on MyCouncilWorks.

We also have new learning modules available on LEON in the Digital Skills section. They include:

  • An introduction to MS 365
  • An introduction to MS Teams
  • Managing notifications in MS Teams

Meet your Digital Champions

Digital Champions are volunteers from each service who are available if you are unable to find the information you are looking for from our online resources. Find out who your Champions are.

On this page, the Champions share their favourite MS365 features. They include:

“File sharing in the group chat”
“Planning work effectively using Planner”
“One Note for keeping your own notes and sharing tips and useful information between colleagues”
“Being able to search across many online files in one place”

We hope you make the most of both the online resources available and our Digital Champions to help you make MS365 work for you.
