From 24 June, the council will move from using MyView to HROnline as we change our HR and Payroll System. This means some changes to our cut off dates for payments in July* for overtime/additional hours, travel and subsistence and updating temporary extensions.
*Please note there are different cut offs for the two pay runs that we have – Teachers and SLGE staff.
Payment and process deadlines
Help us make a smooth transition from MyView to HROnline by submitting all of your MyView processes as follows:

You will not be able to make claims in MyView after these deadlines. If claims are not authorised in MyView by the deadlines above, you will need to re-enter the details in HROnline for payment in the next pay.
New HROnline Processes
HROnline will become available for SLGE employees on 24 June and Teachers on 8 July. To make claims and update temporary extensions the deadlines for payments in July are as follows:

Please note that there is only a window of 5 working days to make claims and have them authorised for payments in July. Unfortunately, there is no way of preventing this due to the changeover of system. This tight window is only for payments in July and processing timescales will revert to normal for payments in the month of August.
