Oban Airport open day – 25 June, 10am – 6pm
Oban Airport is hosting an open day to celebrate its 14th anniversary and to thank communities for their ongoing support.
There is something for everyone, from classic cars to a special appearance from the PBY Catalina, a firm favourite amongst enthusiasts and historians. The iconic aircraft is the same type that operated out of Oban in 1944/5 and took part in various wartime missions.
Weather permitting; you may be able to take to the skies for a short scenic flight in the resident BN2 Islander.
Kids activities including water fun and bouncy castle. Market stalls, music and food.
