Following the new Customer Service Point in Rothesay, which opened in November 2023, works to the Union Street office were completed, with staff moves taking place from the end of February 2024.
The offices have undergone a full refurbishment to create the epitome of what OMW is seeking to achieve, with offices housing all HSCP teams, NHS teams, Education, Finance, Economic Development, Community Planning, Housing Services and Resettlement Team. In addition, we are also supporting the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service
In addition to this, there are flex desks, touch down spaces, a collaboration space and meeting rooms all available for visiting staff to access and use as required.
The building has undergone significant decorative works, with new flooring to lots of spaces, and original features maintained where possible.
