Year end arrangements for travel and subsistence claims
The dates for the submission of Travel and Subsistence Claims are as follow:
PAY 07 MTH 12 – to be submitted by Thursday 26th February 2026 and authorised by Wednesday 4th March 2026.
PAY 07 MTH 01 – to be submitted by Friday 27th March 2026 and authorised by Thursday 2nd April 2026.
PAY 10 MTH 12 – to be submitted by Wednesday 11th March 2026 and authorised by Wednesday 18th March 2026.
PAY 10 MTH 1 – to be submitted by Friday 17th April 2026 and authorised by Thursday 23rd April 2026.
