#NoWrongPath is back for 2026, taking place from 3–7 August, to coincide with exam results day.
We’re inviting employers and individuals across Argyll & Bute to share their career journeys and help inspire young people receiving their results. We know that career paths are rarely straightforward. By sharing real experiences, we can show young people that there are many different routes to success and that there is no single “right” path.
Taking part is simple:
- Post on your social media channels during next week (remember to tag DYW Argyll & Bute!)
- Share your own career journey or highlight stories from your team.
- Use the hashtag #NoWrongPath.

We’d love to have you involved this year.
