Stream, in simple terms, will be the Councils internal video hub. Think of it as our own YouTube – a place to organise, store and share videos.
Stream is private to the Council. The videos should be business related and can be generated from Teams recordings, videos we have produced ourselves, or available from the internet.
Stream will assist in the creation of our own videos, whether using a video camera or even recording your own screen with a voice over, all of which can be really useful in producing simple ‘how to’ videos or even full training guides.
Most videos will be available to the whole Council. Meetings that contain sensitive or confidential information will be restricted.
