Following a positive outcome with our trade union partners, I am pleased to advise that the 2024/25 pay offer is now agreed.
What are the changes?
The pay agreement of 4.27% is effective from 1 August 2024 and covers the period to 31 July 2025.
When will I receive payment?
As the new rates are effective from 1 August 2024, there will be arrears of pay owed to you for the period of backdating.
Our Payroll Team is working hard to implement all the changes and we’re aiming to have both your new pay rate and arrears of pay processed by Christmas.
We will issue another update in the coming weeks to include the new pay rates and key dates.
