At home, compressed hours, a bit in the office, a bit at home, many jobs at the council offer a huge amount of flexibility to support us to work in a way that, works. One of the key aspects of Connect for Success has been looking at not only how we do our jobs, but where we work and the tools that can help us day to day. To be future fit we’re adapting to the needs of not only our communities, but our people too.
